I planned a Mexican-themed party for my birthday this year, and felt that a Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos inspired poster would be fun to make. Day of the Dead felt a little bit morbid for a birthday, so I changed it to Dia del Nacimiento, or Day of Birth.
