I participated in Litha Fair this year – hosted by the incredible @cozy.bones and @cough_syrup_coyote at Market Square in downtown St. Catharines – and contributed these matchboxes for the goodie bags handed out to the first twenty customers. Litha Faire is a celebration of the summer solstice, so something fire-related seemed fitting. Each matchbox sleeve was printed, folded and glued together by me, with adhesive striker strips applied to the sides. Lastly, I designed and cut out some custom Litha stickers (with sun-motifs at each end) to seal up both ends of each box. A really fun project to work on, and definitely something I’ll be revisiting in the future.
