I think we can all agree that Matty Matheson is the best. When Covid first hit, he opened up a BBQ joint in his hometown of Fort Erie, and going there on the weekend and getting lunch was always the highlight of my week. Best damn BBQ I’ve ever had. Now he’s got a burger joint in Toronto – Matty’s Patties – and I know I’ll have to make a pilgrimage there at some point.
